General Publication Schedule
Anticipating the Next Update
The e37 update is generally drafted and circulated for review around the end of each month and published early in the subsequent month.
The time points used by Gabe as he plans how to integrate the e37 with the rest of his life are listed below. Generally, you can count on these time points for planning when to submit items or event notices, speaker information, or actions for inclusion; when anticipating when a draft will be circulated for comment; and when an issue will be published.
Requesting and Notification of Schedule Changes
If you play a key role in publication or have items to add and this general schedule is problematic for a particular issue, please notify Gabe and he will work to accomodate these needs. Gabe will similarly announce to active members if an upcoming update will vary significantly from this general schedule. If you do not have Gabe's e-mail address handy, send a note to Group 37 using this site's Contact Us form.

| Each 25th | Draft Compiled | e37 draft is compiled from all materials collected up to that point. Important missing items identified. Draft sent out to regular editors and other group members where appropriate. Updates and missing information requested from appropriate people. |
| 25th through 2nd | Draft Circulated for Comment | Draft update is out for review, comment, and updates. This window will be 5 days at a minimum, longer at the request of an editor, and will "slide" with any delays in the distribution of the initial draft (that is, if the draft is sent out on the 31st, the comment window will be open until at least the 6th.) |
| Each 3rd | Final Edits and Publication | Comments and requested missing information are integrated into draft by Gabe. At this point, items may be added without comment only if they have been received through official AI channels (e.g. Urgent Actions) or are announcements for events co-sponsored by AI (presuming that the sponsoring group has reviewed the appropriateness of AI's co-sponsorship). After updates are integrated into the draft, the draft will be published to the full list. |
