2007 Minnesota "Cluster" Meeting
Saturday, October 13 — Mondale Hall, University of Minnesota
Join us for a Twin Cities Amnesty International "Cluster" meeting for local and student group members on Saturday, October 13th at the University of Minnesota Law School - Mondale Hall, Room 40, from 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 Noon.
Robert Schultz, Field Organizer for Minnesota, will be in town from the regional office in Chicago, and we are hoping to convene student and local group leaders for 3 reasons:
- Provide an opportunity for student and local groups to connect and collaborate
- Connect with our new (and continuing) Amnesty International volunteer leadership team in Minnesota:
- Stop Violence Against Women Campaign Coordinators Sara Bebeau and Kelly Baker
- Student Area Coordinators Jack Van Thomme and Emma Weinstein-Levey
- Legislative Coordinator Steve Marquardt
- Discuss the Maze of Injustice Campaign and Report and Minnesota actions (with help from Robert). [More info]

Directions
The Law School building, Mondale Hall, is located on the West Bank of the University of Minnesota's Minneapolis Campus. The address is 229 19th Avenue South, Minneapolis, MN 55455. Parking is free in the Law School lot on Saturdays.
Going east on I-94: Follow I-94 east to I-35W north and the U of M West Bank exit, 17C. Take a right turn onto Washington Avenue. Make an immediate left at the next stoplight (Washington Avenue continues to the left; 15th Avenue South is to the right). Follow Washington Avenue for one more block. Mondale Hall will be directly in front of you at the intersection with 19th Avenue South.
Going north on I-35W: Follow I-35W north to the U of M West Bank exit, 17C. Take a right turn onto Washington Avenue. Make an immediate left at the next stoplight (Washington Avenue continues to the left; 15th Avenue South is to the right). Follow Washington Avenue for one more block. Mondale Hall will be directly in front of you at the intersection with 19th Avenue South.
Going south on I-35W: Follow the 280 detour south to I-94 westbound. Take the Riverside Ave. exit, 235A, just after crossing the Mississippi River. Turn right at the stoplight. Take a right onto 19th Avenue S. Mondale Hall will be on the right at the 2nd stoplight.
Going west on Hwy 36: Exit onto 280 south (the I-35W detour) to I-94 westbound. Take the Riverside Ave. exit, 235A, just after crossing the Mississippi River. Turn right at the stoplight. Take a right onto 19th Avenue S. Mondale Hall will be on the right at the 2nd stoplight.

Parking
Parking is available in the surface lot on the north side of Mondale Hall (Lot C86) or in the Seven Corners Municipal Ramp across the street and next to the Holiday Inn (1504 Washington Avenue South). See below maps for further reference and additional parking available on the West Bank.
